INGREDIENTS
½ ripe white peach
½ ripe banana
¼ ripe pear
10 drops (0.5 ml) lemon juice
1–2 tablespoons ground oats
gauze strips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dice the fruits and puree them with a stick blender or a food processor. Add
lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
2. Sprinkle with enough ground oats to thicken the mix and facilitate application.
3. Spread directly over a clean face and neck, or between precut double gauze
layers, avoiding the eye area. (Prepare gauze strips ahead of time by laying
gauze in double layers and cutting four rectangles for the forehead and neck
